EIC will begin processing of the data on receipt of 50% of the total contract value on confirmation of the work order. The remaining 50% will have to be paid within 7 days of the receipt of the data. |
| 2. |
The cost quoted for the data is valid for thirty days from the date of the quotation. |
| 3. |
Supplied data is the sole property of EIC and falls under copyright and IPR conditions. The data provided by EIC shall not be reproduced / modified, stored in a retrieval system, loaned or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without prior permission of EIC. |
| 4. |
EIC is not a map publisher and will provide single user copy of the data. The data user will not syndicate or resell or transfer the data provided by EIC to any other user including any affiliated companies. |
| 5. |
EIC takes great care to provide data as accurate as possible. EIC will not be responsible for any loss, damage, delays, litigations or any other consequence incurred by the data user arising due to the use of the EIC data or its wrong interpretations. |

The data supplied by EIC should not be used for any other purpose other than declared in Section IV of the Work Order form. EIC data shall not be altered or extrapolated to meet any other requirement other than the declared purpose. |
