Draft Notification for re-engineers EC process
A need had been felt to re-engineer the existing EIA notification (dated 27th January, 1994). MoEF has been working on the re-engineered Environment Clearance process for past 3 years and a draft new process has been notified for receiving objections and suggestions from stake holders. The draft re-engineered notification has many fundamental differences from the existing one. This forum desires to discuss various issues arising of the draft notification and suggest modifications required for implementable sustainable Garden
